Tagline: Single dad, no clue. Single mom, flying solo.

Synopsis: Recently divorced mom Lauren and widowed dad Jim let their friends push them into a blind date, which goes disastrously wrong. Unsurprisingly, neither wants to see the other ever again. However, fate intervenes when both Jim and Lauren, unbeknownst to each other, purchase one-half of the same vacation package at a South African resort for families, during spring break. They and their children are forced to share the same romantic suite and participate in a slew of family activities together.

You know, with all of the garbage that I've had to sit through throughout the course of Sandlerfest, sometimes I just need to pick a movie to hate on even if it might not really be the movie that deserves it the most. Bulletproof and Mr. Deeds come to mind as movies I absolutely despise despite not quite being the worst of what Sandler has to offer. But to me, there's no movie I feel more strongly in this way than Blended.

BLENDING!

I haaaaaate Blended.

Honestly, I can’t really say much more other than this being the most boring movie possibly ever. This is Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore's worst movie together by far. I wouldn't call them bad, but I feel like they wasted their pairing on such a terrible movie. This movie has such a similar plot to Just Go with It, and that was only 5 movies ago. And it's worse. I don't care about these rich people and their stupid trip to Africa. I don't care about them falling in love or whatever. I just don't care. 

And despite everything, I will never be able to get Terry Crews singing that "Blending" song for my entire life. I will old and withered one day unable to put together comprehensive thoughts except for every now and again I'll just start singing, "BLENDINGGGGGGGG".
