I'm sorry, but this movie just ain't it for me.

I don't know if it's the fact that this 108 minute movie feels like 3 hours. I don't know if it's the fact that everything happens at a snail's pace. I don't know if it's that the atmosphere doesn't get as eerie as it should. And I don't know if it's the whole talking spider aspect. But yeah this movie just felt like a slog.

I will say, I at least appreciate Adam Sandler's desires to experiment and do a movie so completely different from what he usually does. It's why I'm excited for future Sandler prospects. I would take 20 Spacemans before watching another Blended. God, I hate Blended.

I don't hate this movie. But as it is, I probably would never intentionally watch it again.
