Synopsis: While romancing Palmer, a much younger schoolteacher, plastic surgeon Danny Maccabee enlists his loyal assistant Katherine to pretend to be his soon to be ex-wife, in order to cover up a careless lie. When more lies backfire, Katherine’s kids become involved, and everyone heads off for a weekend in Hawaii that will change all their lives.

Wait, didn't Adam Sandler already do a movie set in Hawaii? Eh, just go with it.

Wow, two "Adam Sandler takes a vacation" movies in a row. I wonder if there will be more (Yes, there will be). But it's different this time because…  Because Adam Sandler is actually taking a vacation as the plot of the movie? No, wait that just happened in Grown Ups. So basically the main difference is that this movie is a rom-com while Grown Ups was a dude-flick.

Just Go with It is a solid "fine". It doesn't make me angry. No Rob Schneider to make me go insane. But there is not anything special about this one in the slightest. The only thing pretty good is that I like Sandler's chemistry with Jennifer Anniston. She's in a lot of movies of this sort from the same era, but clearly they liked working together enough that they did it again for the Murder Mystery movies.

Adam Sandler, man. I think he has become a parody of himself a little bit. I suppose it was interesting to see that analyzed a bit in Funny People, but you would think that maybe after that he would change it up a little. It's basically 3 of the last 4 movies that he plays the same exact character. Just some working man average guy that's not all to different from Sandler himself. I just want him to do something weird again. Where's Little Nicky when you need him most.

Yeah, otherwise I don't have much to say about this one. Total "fine" movie that I wouldn't protest watching but would never reach for it on the shelf. Pretty much right in the middle of my ranking.
